When you use Contact, you may provide first and last name, email (optional), phone (optional), city (optional), inquiry topic, and your message. We use this information only to read and respond to your inquiry. Email is sent to our team using the server’s mail facility; if you supply an email address, it may be used as a reply address in the message headers.

2.2 Subscribe / mailing list modal

The site may offer a subscription or announcement form (for example from the site footer). If you submit it, we collect first name, last name, email, city, an optional message, and your confirmation that you agree to this policy. We use that information to process your request and to send relevant updates from RegArts Productions. Submissions are emailed to our team using the server’s mail facility; we do not use your email address as the “From” sender on outgoing mail.

2.3 Accounts, sign-in, and portals

If you have an account (for example staff or a customer portal user), we store account details needed to operate the service, such as email, display name, role, password hash, and activity timestamps, in our secure database. We do not store your password in plain text. Signing in uses a session cookie (or similar session mechanism) so the site can remember that you are logged in until you sign out or the session expires.

2.4 Customers and events (internal use)

If we maintain your details as part of producing or promoting events (for example in our internal tools linked to this site), we use that information to run our business: contracts, ticketing links, communications you expect from us, and related administration.

2.5 Technical data (browsing)

Like most websites, our hosting environment may automatically process technical information such as IP address, browser type, date and time of requests, and pages viewed. Our application may also log errors or security-related events to help keep the site reliable.

This site is not directed at children under the age where parental consent is required for collection of their personal information. If you believe we have collected such information in error, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

We may update this page from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised policy.
